A) For item that is Damaged On Delivery, buyer must inform us within 24 hours.
B) Man-made damage is excluded in all warranty and exchanged.
Guarantee Type
1 month : 1 to 1 exchange
In addition to man-made damage, such as
A)Water damage and soaking
B)Falling and dropping from a high place to damage
C)Dismantling and transformation
D)Install anything that is not part of this product
E)Burning
Warranty Type
Up to 1 year : Repair or 1 to 1 exchange
3 month Battery (For embedded battery / Products with batteries)
1 year Electronic Motor
1 year Mother Board
In addition to man-made damage, such as
A)Water damage and soaking
B)Falling and dropping from a high place to damage
C)Dismantling and transformation
D)Install anything that is not part of this product
E)Burning
Conditions not listed are no longer covered by the Guarantee and Warranty
Return & Replacement
Based on the following conditions:
A) Buyer need to include 1 proof of purchase below. (Order Number / Invoice)
B) Returned item needs to be ship back to seller within 7 days of receiving date.
C) The return item must be in received condition. Return the item in original packaging (Box) along with the return form, warranty card and acessories where applicable.
D) Product has not been used / contaminated / altered / installed / washed.
E) Buyers are required to provide proof (videos / photos) for the reason of return. (e.g. Damaged during delivery / Product defects , etc.)
F) At this pont of time, drop off service is not available.
G) Free gifts is not included for replacement.
How do I do the Return & Replacement?
